3. Orders and Payment

All orders are placed through our website and are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in USDT and may change without prior notice. An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • We accept cryptocurrency payments (USDT) via our integrated payment gateway.
  • Payments are non-refundable once an order has been submitted to our delivery system.
  • If a payment fails or is not confirmed within the allowed time window, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  • Any overpayment or underpayment may result in order cancellation; please pay the exact amount shown.

4. Order Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the service selected and current system load. Estimated delivery times shown on product pages are approximate and not guaranteed. We do not deliver to private or restricted accounts — your profile must be set to Public at the time of ordering and throughout delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by changes to your account (such as switching to private, changing your username, or deleting content) after an order is placed.

5. Refund and Refill Policy

  • Refill: If the count drops within the warranty period stated on the product page, contact our support team and we will refill free of charge.
  • Partial refund: If we are unable to complete delivery of an order, you may be eligible for a partial refund proportional to the undelivered amount.
